In 2015, Kristin joined CyberCoders as Lead Recruiter for Commercial Roofing & Construction, where she spent seven years managing complex staffing initiatives and building long-term client partnerships. Her deep industry knowledge and strategic approach to recruiting positioned her as a trusted resource for both employers and candidates navigating the roofing and waterproofing space.
Today, as Managing Partner at Hi-Peak Staffing Solutions, Kristin continues to drive growth within the commercial roofing industry by helping contractors and manufacturers identify, attract, and retain high-performing professionals across operations, sales, estimating, project management, and executive leadership. Her commitment to service and industry expertise have earned her the nickname “The Roofing Queen” when it comes to recruiting among clients and peers. She is also an active member of the National Women in Roofing Workforce Development Committee and serves on the board of the National Women in Roofing Denver Council, reflecting her dedication to advancing and empowering women in the industry.
Outside of work, Kristin is a devoted wife and proud mom to her son, Callan, and fur mom to two very different but equally lovable dogs Rosie, a spirited Maltese, and Otis, a gentle giant Bullmastiff. She enjoys cooking, hosting gatherings, international travel, horseback riding, and spending time with her close-knit family.
