She then advanced to Senior Executive Recruiter at Mattson Resources, specializing in executive placements and cultivating strong industry relationships.
In 2015, she joined CyberCoders as Lead Recruiter for Commercial Roofing & Construction. Over the next seven years, she successfully managed staffing projects and built long-term client partnerships. Her deep industry knowledge and strategic approach to recruiting and sales have positioned her for continued success in her current leadership role.

Outside of work, Kristin is a devoted wife and proud fur mom to two very different — but equally lovable — dogs: Rosie, a tiny, spirited Maltese, and Otis, a gentle giant of a Bullmastiff. She has a passion for cooking, from simple comfort meals to gourmet dishes, and finds joy in hosting gatherings that bring people together. She also loves international travel, horseback riding, and spending time with her large, close-knit family — especially her three wild and full of life nephews.
