Kristin was a pleasure to work with. She took a real interest in me and knew where I’d be a good fit. She is a real go getter. I remember while talking to her on the phone, she was texting my new employer to set up an interview. She sent parts of my resume that pertained to what the employer was looking for, in that text. I interviewed the next morning, and was hired the next day. Durning that one day break, she contacted my new employer, helped negotiated my wage, and basically insured that this would be a good fit for all involved. She followed up with me after I started. Maybe I got lucky, but it probably would not have come together so quickly without Kristin’s command of her environment, she is very good at what she does.
