I was contacted by Hi-Peak Staffing about my resume/profile that was posted on line. They contacted me with a position to a very large successful company that they thought I would be a good fit for. I worked with Kristen and Lindsay. They both answered any and all questions I had about the position and set me up with an in person interview with the President of the company. The 2 things that made me feel like they went the extra mile is they helped prep me for the interview and some questions that they knew the company would ask me. I’ve worked with recruiters in the past and once the interview is set they don’t do much other than constantly confirm with you that you’re going to actually go to the interview, because that’s all that most recruiters care about. After the interview, the company made me an offer, and the 2nd thing that Kristen and Lindsay did was they negotiated a higher salary for me with the company, than what the initial offer had listed. Again, I have worked with recruiters before, they don’t care about what the offer is usually, they just hope that you take it, so they can get paid. That cannot be said about Kristin and Lindsay at Hi-Peak Staffing. They were great! And I would recommend them to anyone searching for a job!
